On Friday, OctoPR_iconber 10th investigators will report clinical trial results from the Prevention of Retained Blood Outcomes with Active Clearance Technology (PROACT) assessing the use of PleuraFlow to reduce Retained Blood Complications after Cardiac Surgery at FACTS-Care CVT 2014 in Washington, D.C. This is one of the largest studies to assess outcomes with Active Clearance Technology to reduce complications after heart surgery.
